Construction - Architectural Review 

The Design Review Committee is responsible for monitoring the building and landscaping of new homes and additions in Gold Mountain to insure that they conform with the Design Guidelines. Its enforcing documents are the Design Guidelines and the CC&R’s. Five property owner volunteers comprise the committee and are appointed by the HOA Board.

The Design Review Committee meets as often as needed.  Please note: Preliminary house plans must be received by the DRC at least 2 weeks before a scheduled meeting (for notification of adjacent property owners).  Final house plans must be received by the DRC at least 2 weeks before a scheduled meeting.  If submitting plans for prelim or final approval, please contact the Design Review Committee

Design Review Application Fee — $1,000.00
Landscape Review Application Fee - $500.00
Construction Deposit Fee — $3,000 (Refundable)
